Job summary

The Delaney at The Green is seeking a Memory Care Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. This part-time role focuses on full-scope serving within the memory care neighborhood and emphasizes hospitality and quality service for residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, serving meals with proper etiquette, and supporting the dining room with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Prior food service or senior-care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

• Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.

The Delaney at The Green is recruiting for a hospitality focused Memory Care Sergeant to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the memory care neighborhood.

Salary: $17.50/hour

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
