Job summary

Brookside Country Club in Macungie, PA is looking for friendly, knowledgeable restaurant servers with a passion for hospitality to join our team. Servers are responsible for selling and serving food and beverages with knowledge of wines and cocktails as a plus.

Responsibilities include full table service, upselling, and check settlements, with duties across bar and dining room areas. Flexible schedule and ability to work outdoors in summer are required.

Qualifications

• Must have friendly, helpful attitude toward members and guests.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a busy dining room.
• Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in country club or restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to lift 5–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide full table service including menu suggestions, upselling, delivery of food, and check settlement.
• Maintain bar, dining room, and kitchen areas.
• Take orders, delivering food, and serving alcohol.
• Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Opening and closing side work.
• Additional responsibilities as needed by Bar Supervisor or General Manager.
