Job summary

BakeChop Co in DeLand, FL is hiring passionate servers for a mom-and-pop restaurant offering breakfast and lunch/dinner from 8 am to 9 pm, six days a week.

Expect 2+ years serving experience, Toast POS familiarity a plus, ServSafe after 90 days, and a friendly, reliable team committed to great food and guest satisfaction. Weekly pay via tip pool and employee meal discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years serving experience.
• ServSafe certification required after 90 days.
• Beer, wine and coffee knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and take drink/food orders.
• Serve guests promptly and accurately, maintaining station flow.
• Balance duties across dining room tasks and closing checks.

Looking for passionate servers to join a strong mom amp; pop company.

BakeChop is 10 years old and going strong with breakfast and lunch/dinner options 8 am to 9 pm, 6 days a week.

Must have serving experience 2+ years

Servers take 16 seat sections with support from expo and host on busy shifts.

Toast POS, schedules 2 weeks out.

Servsafe needed after 90 days.

Beer, wine and coffee knowledge are a plus.

The tip pool system ensures stable and reliable pay, year-round, paid weekly.

Daily and weekly checklists consist of making coffee, tea, cutting lemons, filling sauces, stocking beer and wine, takeout supplies, closing out checks, and cleaning front of house equipment...

and of course, greeting customers with a smile and helping them find a great meal!
