Job summary

Fairmont of Washington Township is seeking a Server to provide dining and table services in our community’s dining rooms and designated areas. The role requires proper dining set-up, meal service, and cleaning of dining rooms in line with sanitary standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

General Purpose

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
