Fairmont of Washington Township is seeking a Server to provide dining and table services in our community’s dining rooms and designated areas. The role requires proper dining set-up, meal service, and cleaning of dining rooms in line with sanitary standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas.
• Ensure proper dining set-up and cleaning of dining rooms.
• Serve meals and dining services in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
• Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
