Job summary

Citizens Grill in The Woodlands, TX is looking for friendly servers to join our team. We offer day and evening shifts, with tips paid daily, and scheduling that can accommodate part-time or full-time availability.

Prior server experience is preferred and a positive attitude is essential. Located on the north side of The Woodlands on FM1488 at Old Conroe Road, our restaurant features a lively bar scene, a large patio, and a strong emphasis on great hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and escort guests.
• Provide menu recommendations and information.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Check IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcohol.
• Take orders using our point of sale computer system.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Deliver checks and collect payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and tableware.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Citizens Grill is The Woodlands area's best Americana restaurant featuring twenty-five wines by the glass, forty beers on tap, two full bars, a huge patio and an awesome menu. With a reputation for both great food and service, we want to continue that reputation by hiring the best. If you have a great attitude and previous server experience we invite you to come join our team.

We have both day and evening shifts and can work with your availability to create a schedule that fits your needs whether it's one or two shifts a week part-time gig or a full-time position working all the shifts you can handle. And at Citizens we pay your tips on a daily basis so you don't have to wait weeks for a paycheck. Great servers are making top $$$ at Citizens as our customers really appreciate those who know how to serve.

Located on The Woodlands north side on FM1488 at Old Conroe Road in the Marcel Town Center shopping center, our front doors look out at the new XScape Movie Theater. Google Maps has us located at 315 Enclave Drive, Conroe, Texas 77384 but we are not in Conroe itself, but on FM1488 in an area that some call New Magnolia or North Woodlands.

Citizens Grill Server Responsibilities include:

• Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.

Server Job Requirements:

• Must have prior experience as a server.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Must carry at least a high school diploma.
