Job summary

Rosewood Market & Deli in Columbia, SC is hiring for a Server / Counter Service Team Member. This full-time or part-time role pays $15/hour plus tips, with benefits and a friendly, fast-paced work environment. You’ll serve, guide customers, maintain cleanliness, and support the kitchen team during each shift.

Candidates should be available 11am–3pm, be energetic, dependable, and ready to collaborate with a team. Training is provided for the right person; prior serving experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Present and serve fresh menu items with quality and consistency

Requirements

• Must wear closed-toe, slip resistant shoes
• Must have a high energy level, be self motivated, and a natural troubleshooter
• Has a passion for food and using the best ingredients
• Adheres to all SC Department of Agriculture requirements including following rules of cooling, time control of temperature and storing food properly
• Must communicate by Homebase and email
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Is an active part of the Rosewood Market Team, adhering to high standards of service, quality, and presentation
