Job summary

Wings N More Franchise Group in College Station, TX 77840 is seeking an enthusiastic server to respond to guest requests, ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal, and be knowledgeable about all menu items, promotions and beverages.

Responsibilities include taking orders, inputting them into the POS, delivering meals promptly, stocking supplies, and maintaining attendance and appearance in line with the restaurant's standards. On-site role with close collaboration with the team.

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Knowledgeable about all menu items, restaurant promotions and beverages served; their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Must complete necessary side-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing all supplies, etc.
• Take and know inventory at all times, and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain regular attendance, consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
• Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Respond to requests for service and assistance.
• Demonstrate the desire and ability to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
