Job summary

Sea Story Sushi in Clarksville, TN is hiring experienced Servers for a premium all-you-can-eat concept inspired by Las Vegas and NYC. This fast-paced, high-volume role requires quick learners, superb guest service, and strong teamwork.

You’ll master an extensive menu, enter orders accurately, and maintain smooth service during busy times. Toast POS proficiency and reliable attendance are essential; evening, weekend, and holiday shifts preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, Asian restaurant, sushi restaurant, or comparable full-service concept.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide required employment verification documentation.
• Must be proficient with Toast POS and/or Toast handheld ordering systems.
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced, high-volume section while maintaining accuracy and strong guest service.
• Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant standards and proper steps of service.
• Ability to learn and confidently explain an extensive menu including sushi, hibachi, ramen, yakitori, sauces, ingredients, and allergens.
• Ability to accurately enter orders, modifications, allergies, and special requests.
• Strong communication skills with guests, management, kitchen, sushi bar, hosts, bussers, and fellow servers.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume rushes.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Positive, professional attitude and team-first mentality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods and safely carry trays, plates, and beverages.
