Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a driven, part-time Server to join our hospitality team. This role offers engaging service to members and guests, with opportunities to learn and grow within a Troon-managed, globally recognized property.

Shift times include 10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m., with night and weekend availability; prior bartending experience is a plus but not required, and healthcare, retirement, and service-charge eligibility are part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age; beer, wine, and spirits served at this location.
• Some bartending experience is preferred but not required.

• Provides attentive, personalized service to club members and guests.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Schedule:
Seeking applicants with night and weekend availability. General shifts are 10:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:
