Job Description

As an Applebee’s Server, you will be the first and last impression for guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard while enjoying a great time doing it.

Physical Standards

• Exert well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and handle disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
