Job Description

As an Applebee's Server, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, anticipate guest needs, and work hard while having a great time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues and guests.
• Committed to making a positive impact in a service environment.

Physical Requirements

• Exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift (depending on business flow).
• Speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift.
• Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective face coverings/masks throughout the shift.
• Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap during the shift.
