Physical Standards

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Ability to wear protective hand coverings through entire shift, use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout entire shift, wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout shift, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
