Job summary

Whiskey Reds in California is seeking a professional Restaurant Server to deliver a welcome, attentive dining experience. You will describe menu items, guide guests through their meal, and relay orders accurately to kitchen and bar teams.

We require at least 2 years in a full-service restaurant, fine dining preferred, and excellent communication. You must thrive in a fast-paced setting, handle busy shifts, and maintain spotless service and courtesy throughout every guest’s visit.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant, with fine dining experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays are Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
• Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to established service standards.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with courteous, efficient service.
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and reset tables as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment.
