Job summary

Pentex Restaurant Group's HuHot Mongolian Grill in Bismarck, ND is hiring experienced servers for nights 5pm–10:30pm and weekends. Deliver fast, attentive hospitality in a high-volume setting to maximize guest satisfaction and tips.

Location: 409 S 3rd St, Bismarck, ND 58504. We offer full-time and part-time roles with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, employee meal discounts, training, and rapid pay access.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Section: Deliver fast, attentive hospitality to ensure guests have a great experience.
• Guide the Experience: Walk guests through the food line and suggest sauces and pairings.
• Drive Fast Table Turnover: Keep drinks filled, tables bussed, and payments processed quickly.
• Be a Team Player: Work with servers and grill operators to keep the floor running smoothly.

Shifts Available: Nights, 5pm - 10:30pm. Must be able to work weekends.

• Be a Team Player: Partner with fellow servers and grill operators to keep the floor running seamlessly during peak hours.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous serving or restaurant hospitality experience preferred (if you can handle a busy rush, you'll excel here!).
