• All of our bartending team goes through initial server training and is moved into the bar based on performance.

• You're flexible availability - most importantly, on the weekends!

Benefits

• Employees are eligible for employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance after 6 months of employment, provided they average at least 30 hours per week
  • The employer covers 75% of the premium
  • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee

Wage:

Minimum wage per hour (currently $17.13 per hour), plus tips (tips are discretionary).

• Estimated Total Compensation:
  • Based on historical earnings, total hourly compensation (including base wage and tip pool) typically ranges from $37-45 per hour
  • Actual earnings may vary based on factors such as shift volume, business levels, and individual performance
