Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Arlington, VA is seeking friendly servers who create warm, welcoming spaces and deliver genuine hospitality. You will take orders, serve guests, and help keep the dining room flowing during peak hours. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Training is provided; previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required. This role offers tipping opportunities, flexible part-time to full-time hours, and per-shift

Qualifications

• Guest-facing service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders accurately.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and with care.
• Maintain tidy tables and assist with resets during shifts.
• Support bar/restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
