Job summary

Alley Bar Pte Ltd in Ann Arbor is seeking a friendly server to join our high-energy restaurant/bar team. You will balance a busy section of tables, guest interaction, and precise service across kitchen, bar, and dining room.

The role emphasizes initiative, loyalty building, and delivering a memorable guest experience while maintaining cleanliness and timely reporting. Availability for UM football home games is required.

Qualifications

• Some service experience in a bar/pub or at least one year at a full-service restaurant.
• Must be available for ALL University of Michigan football home games.
• Cocktail servers require full-service experience.

Balances a busy section of anywhere from three to seven tables throughout a shift in any of our high volume, full service restaurants or some of our more laid back bars that serve energetic college crowds, young professional crowds, or older townie crowds too. Utilizes patience, multi-tasking strategies and efficiency to keep guests coming back for more. You’re a highly self-motivated team player who is looking to be a part of one of the best restaurant groups in Ann Arbor.
