Job summary

Ft Yuma Quechan Indian Tribe in California is seeking an entry-level Casino Restaurant Server at Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven. You will be the friendly face, taking orders, handling payments, and helping create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

The role is part-time, in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on accuracy and guest satisfaction. Prior serving or cashier experience in a high-volume setting is preferred, and applicants must be 18+ in CA. Native American preference noted.

Position Overview

As a Casino Restaurant Server, you’ll be the friendly face and attentive presence that turns a meal into an experience. You’ll help guests feel valued, ensure their orders are perfect, and create a dining atmosphere that keeps them coming back—whether they’re celebrating a jackpot or simply enjoying a night out.

Servers are key to delivering exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Under direct supervision of the F&B management team, takes orders from the guests, enter the order into the POS System, acts as cashier, and tends to other needs of guests.
• Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume restaurant or food service area as server or cashier.
• Must be 18 years of age in or work in Arizona and 21 years of age in California.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California and/or Arizona.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
