Job summary

Quechan Indian Tribe of Fort Yuma operates the Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven, CA. We are seeking energetic Bartenders to join our food and beverage team, crafting cocktails, engaging guests and delivering high‑energy service in a casino environment.

As a bartender, you will work behind the bar or on the floor, must be 21+, pass mandatory screenings, and strive to create memorable experiences. Native American preference is noted; gaming licenses in AZ and CA may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus one-year bartender experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background checks.
• Obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture preferred.

We are seeking an energetic and professional Bartenders to join our food & beverage team. You'll be crafting cocktails, engaging guests, and creating unforgettable experiences in a high-energy casino setting.

Whether behind the bar or on the floor, our bartenders are key to delivering exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Under general supervision of the Bar Manager and/or the assigned venue Supervisor, serves beverages, and provides customer service.
• High school diploma or GED plus one-year bartender experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
