Job summary

Mellow Aiken LLC is seeking friendly servers to welcome guests, take and educate on orders, and provide a memorable dining experience. You will upsell menu items and ensure beverages are refreshed, payments are processed accurately, and the dining room stays clean and organized.

Successful candidates communicate clearly with guests and teammates, multi-task efficiently during shifts, and maintain a positive, hospitable attitude even when handling complaints.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and educate patrons while offering recommendations
• Be welcoming, attentive, and ensure guests are relaxed and comfortable
• Process payments accurately and keep dining areas clean and ready to serve
• Perform side work and keep beverage inventory and stations in good order
• Address guest complaints with a positive attitude and provide solutions
• Collaborate with team of pizza bakers, servers, and bartenders to deliver memorable hospitality
