You'll work Tue-Sun with some flexibility; the position pays $23.80/hour and offers comprehensive benefits. Candidates with a high school diploma and some lab experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Laboratory skills and ability to set up, run, read lab tests and operate lab instruments.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; accurate data entry into systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run lab tests.
• Read and release test results.
• Operate and maintain the IFA microscope.
• Complete USDA Coggins forms as required by the USDA.
• Assist with training.
• Check supply inventory.
• Evaluate and report results.
• Perform equipment maintenance.
• Consult with senior peers on non-complex tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
