Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Serology Lab Technician to perform blood and other sample testing in a fast-paced lab setting. You will set up assays, run tests, and accurately read results using the IFA microscope, while adhering to USDA forms and quality standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and effective communication in English. Prior lab experience and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Laboratory tests setup, execution, and result interpretation required.
• Basic to advanced lab instrument operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced lab environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run lab tests.
• Read and release test results.
• Maintain and use the IFA microscope.
• Complete required USDA forms.
• Assist with training and inventory checks.
• Report results with sound judgment.
