Job summary

Organon seeks a Serialization Subject Matter Expert to support serialization across the Americas, reporting to the Serialization Lead in the Global Centre of Excellence. The role focuses on compliance, data integrity, and incident escalation within the Americas region, aligned to US EST working hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, operations, logistics or regulatory areas.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with serialization processes and data requirements.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and GS1 standards (EPCIS).
• Experience with SAP ATTP integration with SAP ECC and SAP ICH is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound logistics and serialization data flow to 3PL, ensuring EPCIS compliance.
• Gather and document serialization requirements for new markets.
• Participate in design, build, and deployment project activities.
• Collaborate with 3PL to maintain operational compliance and drive improvements.
• Create SOPs and work instructions; support BT for data accuracy and compliance.
• Onboard CMOs and support cross-functional alignment with QA and regulatory needs.
• Handle XML messaging via ATTP/ICH tooling and assist with issue escalation.
• Provide backup on master data, reporting, and day-to-day activities as needed.
