CHEP is seeking an experienced S+ Process Solutions Lead to drive serialization initiatives across North America and beyond. You will partner with engineering, operations, digital, and suppliers to optimize processes, scale innovative serialization technologies, and deliver measurable value.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing or logistics, a strong engineering background, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional programs in global settings.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical fields.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, industrial operations, automation, or logistics.
• Experience leading technical projects from problem identification through implementation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage large-scale capital projects for automation, IoT and continuous improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Health & Safety, Finance, Quality and external suppliers to drive project success.
• Lead Capex documentation, cost estimates, equipment layouts, and specifications.
• Manage equipment installation and commissioning, including safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce MTBF and increase efficiency via AI, robotics, and digital twin models.
• Ensure training programs and documentation for handover to operations.
• Forecast expenditures and ensure fiduciary compliance across projects.
• Champion Zero Harm and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
