Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise safety of staff and customers at multiple HRA locations.
  • Supervise Special Officers; provide training, counseling, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct roll calls; inspect posts and work areas.
  • Make arrests or assist in the arrest process and appear in court if required.
  • Prepare schedules; assign guards; instruct on duties and responsibilities.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with other law enforcement as needed.
