Aldevra is seeking a qualified SERE Wing Developer to support the DoD training program at Fairchild AFB, WA. The role emphasizes mentorship, structured development, and resilience coaching for candidates.

The position is full-time and on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule. A strong emphasis on fitness leadership, progress tracking, and alignment with Aldevra's SOAR values is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of the Air Force SV81A SERE Specialist Training Apprentice Course.
• Six or more years of experience as a former SERE Specialist/Instructor.
• CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard certs preferred per quals.

Responsibilities

• Inspire candidates through mentorship and structured development process.
• Provide coaching on nutrition, strength/conditioning training, and mental resiliency.
• Set and monitor targeted fitness goals and expectations for candidates.
• Track monthly activity and student development as required.
