Job summary

The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive training programs that prepare military personnel for survival in challenging environments. Responsibilities include delivering engaging instruction, maintaining training records, and assessing trainee performance. Candidates must have a graduate certificate in SERE training and an active SECRET clearance. This is a full-time, in-person position based in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience instructing at a DoD SERE Level-C Code of Conduct course.
• Experienced with full spectrum resistance training.
• Instructing at Level-C SERE course preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support various SERE courses tailored to military needs.
• Develop and deliver engaging training curricula.
• Conduct classroom instruction and practical exercises.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records aligned with DoD standards.
