Job Description:

Designs and develops SerDes hardware validation platforms. Evaluates SerDes performance at speeds up to 128 Gb/s for PCIE, Ethernet, JESD, and CPRI. Validates SerDes RX for CTLE, DFE, FFE, PAM4, FEC hardware. Validates SerDes Tx for jitter, SNDR, phase noise. Performs PCIE calibration using Valiframe BitifEye calibration package, EZJIT, and related scope packages. Uses Seasim/SigTest calibration packages for PCIe, Ethernet, JESD, and CPRI calibrations. Conducts sinusoidal jitter tolerance and random interference tolerance measurements using Keysight M8040 BERT, Infiniium scopes, and PNA.

In-depth expertise in Python programming, vendor-provided test automation software, and integration within validation environments. Experience developing Python programs for circuit characterization to support silicon-to-simulation correlation.

Requires extensive lab experience with high-performance test equipment, cables, and connectors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years; or PhD with 3+ years.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual base salary range: $108,000 - $172,800.

Eligible for discretionary annual bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, EAP, paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation. Complies with applicable laws for leaves of absence.
