Job Title: Septic System Technician (O&M Level 2 Specialist)
Hiring Incentive: $2,000.00 ($1,000.00 after 6 months & $1,000.00 after 1 year)
Overview
EnviroTech Septic Solutions is seeking experienced Septic System Technicians (O&M Level 2 Specialist) to join our dedicated Septic Service Team. Qualified candidates must possess extensive knowledge in septic systems and be familiar with local regulations in Pierce and Thurston Counties. Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and monitoring of on‑site sewage systems.
- Safely operate heavy equipment (including mini Kubota) for system installations and repairs.
- Stay current with Pierce and Thurston County codes, bylaws, rules, and regulations.
- Read and interpret septic system drawings and troubleshoot/diagnose system issues.
- Conduct inspections for property sales and file necessary compliance reports.
- Perform septic tank pumping and cleaning as required.
- Lead on‑site crews, ensuring timely and safe completion of work.
- Manage projects from start to finish, maintaining positive customer relations.
- Work closely with estimators, project managers, and dispatch to ensure job success.
- Log and track daily work activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in septic system service.
- Active O&M Level 2 Specialist Certification (required).
- CDL preferred but not required.
- Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to operate heavy equipment, including mini Kubota.
- In-depth understanding of septic system regulations in Pierce and Thurston Counties.
- Physical ability to safely expose septic tanks, lift heavy items, and perform physical labor in various conditions.
- Strong leadership qualities with ability to manage teams, meet production goals, and ensure quality service.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers, ensuring satisfaction and project success.
- Experience with all aspects of septic system service, including troubleshooting and inspections.

Schedule
