EnviroTech Septic Solutions is hiring a Septic System Technician (O&M Level 2 Specialist) in Rochester, WA. The role focuses on inspections, maintenance, and monitoring of on-site septic systems with leadership of on-site crews.

You will work with local regulations in Pierce and Thurston Counties, operate heavy equipment, and ensure quality service while keeping customers satisfied. Requires Level 2 certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in septic system service.
• Active O&M Level 2 Specialist Certification required.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., mini Kubota).
• Knowledge of Pierce/Thurston County septic regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
• Strong communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and monitor on-site septic systems.
• Safely operate heavy equipment for installations/repairs.
• Stay updated with local codes and regulations.
• Read drawings, diagnose system issues, and file reports.
• Lead on-site crews to complete work safely and on time.
• Coordinate with estimators, PMs, and dispatch to ensure success.
• Log daily activities and track project progress.
