Black Diamond Pest Control is seeking an SEO & Web Development Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company’s digital marketing stack. You will bridge marketing and technology, owning SEO, paid media, website performance, analytics, reporting, and system integrations.

The role focuses on proactive performance analysis, trend diagnosis, and actionable recommendations in collaboration with the CEO and CMO to ensure platforms and tracking drive measurable growth across

Formación

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or similar role.
Strong experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and local SEO).
Experience with website platforms such as WordPress and/or Webflow.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools (Looker Studio preferred).
Experience with conversion tracking, tagging, and analytics platforms; working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and marketing systems.

Responsabilidades

Own and lead the company’s SEO strategy across all service lines and markets.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance trends using tools (SEMrush, GSC).
Optimize on-page and technical SEO (site structure, metadata, schema, page speed, indexing).
Build and maintain dashboards for paid media, SEO, and lead tracking; provide actionable insights to leadership.
