Blacksmith Agency LLC is scaling its marketing division to support PPC and SEO clients across multifamily, B2B and technical verticals. As SEO Analyst at Blacksmith, you own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role with involvement in sales calls, roadmap building, and cross-team coordination to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, GSC, and keyword tools.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations to clients.
• Track record of overseeing execution teams and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO across clients.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across paid and organic channels.
• Audit campaigns, bidding, landing pages, CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building, AI content.
• Track KPIs, attribution, analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate priorities with PM.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance to clients.
