What You'll Do
- Run regular site audits using tools like SEMrush and Screaming Frog, and resolve technical SEO issues across client and internal websites
- Monitor and fix crawl errors, indexing problems, Core Web Vitals, and other performance-related issues
- Implement structured data (schema.org ) to enhance search visibility and rich snippet eligibility
- Maintain and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and internal linking structures
- Contribute SEO strategy to site redesigns, migrations, or platform changes
- Work across multiple CMS platforms, including WordPress, Webflow, and Squarespace
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to deploy technical improvements
- Stay up-to-date on Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and web technologies
- Regularly report on technical fixes and their impact on site traffic, crawlability, and rankings
Who You Are
- Proven experience in Technical SEO (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, and similar
- Proficiency across CMS platforms: WordPress, Webflow, and Squarespace
- Deep understanding of structured data, sitemaps, robots.txt, and SEO-friendly architecture
- Analytical thinker with a strong ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Google's Core Web Vitals, Mobile-First Indexing, and latest SEO standards
- Bonus: Experience contributing to or managing site migrations from an SEO perspective
