Qualifications

• 1-3+ years SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Understanding of keyword research, metadata optimization, headers, alt text, internal linking, and technical SEO auditing.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMrush and/or Ahrefs.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate recommendations and outcomes clearly.
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute & manage day-to-day organic search projects (metadata optimization, keyword research, on-page copy).
• Support reporting and analysis: keyword mapping, SEO audits, readouts, data pulls.
• Monitor client site SEO performance and communicate issues affecting results.
• Collaborate with paid search, UX and creative teams to align SEO with client goals.
• Review materials and attend meetings to understand client site goals.
