Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an experienced SEO Strategist to own search for urgent care clients, including the technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking story. You will be the strategic voice, making calls alongside writers and AI to drive results across multi-location sites.

The role focuses on technical SEO, on-page optimization, local search, and reporting in GA4 and Search Console, with a quarterly roadmap for each client. Remote work is possible for eligible markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Strategist, Urgent Care you own search for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
