Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Manager to own search strategy for urgent care clients, guiding technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives across multiple sites.

You will lead technical SEO efforts, develop keyword and content plans with writers and AI, and report progress using GA4 and Search Console, while coordinating multi-location SEO and client communication. This is a fully remote role for US/Canada/Intl clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO; audits and fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Manager, Urgent Care you own search for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
