Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an experienced SEO Strategist for urgent care client portfolios. You will own the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the narrative that explains ranking movements to clients. You will act as the strategic voice in client discussions and make the calls.

Responsibilities include technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, local SEO, and reporting in GA4 and Search Console. 3+ years in SEO and agency experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO, including audits and fixes.
• Experience with GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsabilités

• Own technical SEO aspects: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI inputs.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage local & multi-location SEO as needed for clients.
• Provide GA4/Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Strategist, Urgent Care you own search for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
