Job summary

ICT is seeking an experienced SEO professional for a six-month contract to audit our website and develop a prioritized improvement plan. You will perform keyword and competitor research, enhance on-page and technical SEO, and boost local search in Canada and the U.S., including Houston.

Youbll monitor performance with GA and GSC and report progress to stakeholders. This role requires independent work, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable content and site

Qualifications

• Proven SEO and digital marketing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to improve organic search performance.
• Strong knowledge of technical and on-page SEO.
• Experience with GA and GSC.
• Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize impact.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an SEO audit of ICT's website and identify issues affecting search rankings.
• Develop and implement a prioritized SEO improvement plan.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research for ICT's key services and markets.
• Improve on-page SEO, including page titles, descriptions, headings, content, and internal linking.
• Identify and help resolve technical SEO issues related to indexing, site structure, performance, and search-engine accessibility.
• Recommend improvements or new website content to strengthen organic search performance.
• Improve local and geographic search visibility in priority Canadian and U.S. markets, including Houston, Texas.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Provide regular updates on results, priorities, and recommendations.
• Document ongoing SEO recommendations and best practices for continued use after the contract
