Job summary

RecruiterForge is seeking an SEO-focused professional to support delivery of client SEO strategies across multiple agency partners. You will coordinate with strategists, content specialists, developers, and client teams to implement tactics, manage content production, and report on performance while expanding your SEO execution and client communication skills.

You will organize work in project management systems, deliver high-quality outputs, and escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of digital agency experience required.
• 2-4+ years of SEO experience including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Implement SEO tactics and prepare recommendations and deliverables based on strategies developed by the team.
• Organize client work in project management systems and deliver work that meets established quality standards.
• Escalate unexpected issues and client concerns when necessary.
• Coordinate with colleagues, contractors, and client teams on copywriting, development, and content promotion.
• Write content briefs, make small website updates, and improve existing blog posts.
• Work with copy editors to develop accurate, grammatically correct content.
• Manage multiple client editorial calendars and coordinate publication deadlines.
• Gather data, evaluate content and campaign performance, and prepare accurate monthly client reports on time.
• Serve as a client contact and maintain clear communication throughout projects.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and webinars, sharing insights and lessons with colleagues.

Job description

Support the delivery of SEO strategies for a variety of agency clients. Work alongside strategists, content specialists, developers, and client teams to implement SEO tactics, coordinate content production, and report on performance while developing your skills in SEO execution, strategy, and client communication.

Skills and experience

• 2-4+ years of digital agency experience.
• 2-4+ years of relevant experience focused on SEO, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO tactics and strategies.
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate daily with teammates and a willingness to learn new skills.

Additional experience valued

• Ecommerce SEO experience.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
• Google Analytics certification, particularly GA4.
