Job summary

Relias is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO to drive organic visibility, traffic, and leads. You will focus on technical SEO, content optimization, and performance analysis while partnering with content, analytics, and product marketing teams.

You will leverage AI tools, automation, and data-driven insights to stay ahead of AI-powered search developments. The role emphasizes collaboration with web development and marketing teams, optimizing for traditional and AI-driven search

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
2+ years in SEO including technical SEO, content optimization, and performance analysis.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools to identify opportunities.
Experience using AI tools to improve SEO workflows, content development, research, or analysis.
Ability to execute and improve SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
Conduct keyword, topic, and competitor research to identify optimization opportunities.
Optimize websites for traditional and AI-powered search (AEO/GEO, entity optimization, structured data).
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
Collaborate with web development to implement recommendations and validate results.
Improve internal linking, site structure, and taxonomy for discoverability and UX.
Create search-first content aligned with user intent and marketing goals.
Monitor SEO performance with GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, and other tools; provide insights.
Leverage AI tools to enhance keyword research, content optimization, and reporting.
