Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking an ASI Photographer and Videographer to capture images and videos of ASI events, programs, and participants. You will create and distribute content to support engagement opportunities and promote ASI’s programs on campus.

The role requires coordinating photoshoots with clients, working with the Marketing Coordinator of SEO, and delivering weekly visuals for social campaigns while managing multiple projects within 20 hours per week during sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, self-sufficient and reliable with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable sitting at a computer for extended periods.
• Experience using Flickr and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit photo and video content for ASI events and programs.
• Create digital photographs and videos using standard practices.
• Coordinate photoshoot details with clients (concept, timeline, scheduling, participants).
• Collaborate with ASI programs to promote campus image.
• Coordinate with ASI A-Team and SEO for social media campaigns and events.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar and meet deadlines.

SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Coordinator of Student Engagement and Outreach(SEO), the ASI Photographer and Videographer is responsible for capturing images and videos of ASI including but not limitedto;events,activities,programs,andservices,andparticipantswhousethem.Createanddistributecontentfor various engagement opportunities to promote ASI's programs and services.

ESSENTIALDUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES

• CapturesandeditsphotoandvideocontentforASIeventsandprogramsasrequestedfor the creationofmaterials promoting ASI programs, events, and activities for the shared photo/video content library.
• Createdigitalphotographsandvideosusingstandardandinnovativephotographyandvideography practices.
• Work directlywithclientstocoordinatephotoshootdetailsandneeds,includingbutnotlimitedtoconcept, timeline, scheduling, participants, and other visual needs.
• CollaboratewithotherASIprogramareastoenhanceandpromotetheirimagearound campus.
• Communicate and collaborate with ASI A-Team and the Marketing Coordinator of SEO regularly to coordinate the needs of upcomingsocial media campaigns, events, designs, andideas.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar with assignments and work independently to ensure project deadlines.
• Provide images weekly to highlight ASI programs and services and the student experience participating in those areas.
• Otherdutiesmaybe assigned.
