Job summary

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by a client to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in SEO and paid media to drive online visibility and lead generation. The role will initially be on-site in Corcoran, MN with a plan to move to hybrid work as the program stabilizes.

You will own day-to-day execution of SEO, content development, WordPress updates, and paid campaigns, working with leadership and an external marketing agency to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong emphasis on SEO and website management.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO initiatives with agency support and optimize pages, portfolios, and location pages.
• Publish search-optimized content and perform routine WordPress updates.
• Monitor website performance, rankings, indexing, traffic and local search visibility.
• Manage Google Business Profiles and coordinate review initiatives.
• Run campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms under agency direction.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and advertising efficiency.
• Use GA4, Search Console, GTM to report on traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content for website and marketing use.
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and lead generation.
