Job summary

VIE Media, a dynamic digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to optimize client websites and improve search engine rankings. You will analyze performance, implement improvements, and collaborate with marketing and development teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SEO tools, keyword strategies, content optimization, and analytics. This full-time role offers a hybrid work environment with flexible Fridays and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with SEO reporting and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Google Search Console).
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web standards.
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
• Experience with SEO content creation, link building, and keyword strategy.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to generate creative ideas.
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings.
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials.
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.
• Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
