Key Responsibilities

As our SEO Manager, you will play a critical role in amplifying Blue Agilis’s digital authority and driving qualified, organic inbound traffic to support our growth goals. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics (e.g., rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates) using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in editorial workflows, including metadata, schema markup, and internal linking strategies.
• Oversee technical SEO efforts by working closely with engineering to optimize site architecture, page speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.
• Stay informed of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and compliant with search engine guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated success in managing SEO campaigns that contributed to measurable business growth and increased engagement.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO principles.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
• Use of the latest AI tools and workflows to increase efficiency for producing copy and media

Preferred Skills

• Experience with increasing engagement and conversion using SEO to drive organic inbound traffic.
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript along with latest frameworks like next.js to support technical SEO discussions
• Understand the implications of technological architecture on SEO.
• Familiarity with schema.org markup and structured data implementation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
