Role Overview

You will oversee a team of SEO specialists, managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive measurable results. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in SEO tools and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor SEO team members, providing oversight and performance evaluations
• Manage departmental operations, workload distribution, and adherence to standards
• Develop executive summaries and performance reports for senior leadership
• Identify industry trends and integrate insights into long-term SEO strategy
• Implement new client SEO campaigns, including ranking reports and analytics dashboards
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance across accounts and product verticals
• Conduct keyword research and execute content optimization strategies
• Manage local SEO tasks (Google My Business, Bing, Apple listings)
• Administer technical SEO elements (XML sitemaps, robots.txt, search console tools)
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and KPI tracking
• Utilize Salesforce workflows for task management and documentation

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience
• 2+ years agency experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEM platforms)
