Job summary

Mondo is seeking an SEO Manager to drive organic visibility in a Hybrid-Atlanta setting. You will lead SEO strategy, coordinate keyword research, and oversee content optimization while managing internal teams and external partners.

You will collaborate with content, development, and business stakeholders to implement best practices and guide field teams, leveraging analytics tools to measure impact and adapt to AI-driven search trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in SEO with keyword research and content optimization.
• 2+ years leading teams, contractors, or agencies.
• Experience in enterprise or in-house and agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO and AI search optimization strategy to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze performance, and identify content opportunities.
• Oversee SEO resources, contractors, and agency partners for quality delivery.
• Collaborate with content, web development and business stakeholders to apply SEO best practices.
• Provide SEO guidance to field teams and communicate to nontechnical audiences.
• Support technical SEO and monitor performance with GA, GSC, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Adobe Analytics.
• Help develop emerging AI optimization capabilities and adapt to evolving trends.

• Job Title: SEO Manager
• Location-Type: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA (Monday-Thursday onsite)
• Start Date Is: ASAP, approximately two weeks after offer acceptance
• Duration: (contract, perm, etc): Permanent
• Compensation Range: $90,000-$100,000 base salary + bonus
• Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO

Job Description

• Lead SEO and AI search optimization (AIO) strategy and execution to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze search performance, and identify content optimization opportunities.
• Oversee SEO content resources, contractors, and agency partners to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal content teams, web development, and business stakeholders to implement SEO best practices.
• Partner with field teams to provide SEO guidance and communicate recommendations to nontechnical audiences.
• Support technical SEO initiatives and monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Adobe Analytics.
• Help develop emerging AI search optimization capabilities and adapt strategies to evolving search trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience, including keyword research and content optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience, including managing people, contractors, or agency resources.
• Experience in both enterprise/in-house and agency environments.
• Familiarity with technical SEO and the ability to collaborate with web development teams.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Interest in AI search optimization and emerging SEO trends.
• Google Analytics certification preferred; Google Search Console or other relevant Google certifications are a plus.
