You will conduct keyword research, prioritize growth opportunities, guide content creators, and implement high‑quality backlink programs while overseeing technical SEO health.

Collaborate with content, product, engineering and data teams to optimize the website and report results with automated insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SEO
• 1+ year of experience leading a team
• History of driving measurable organic growth with concrete examples
• Experience owning SEO projects from planning to execution and results
• Expertise in on-page, off-page and technical SEO
• Strong ownership and drive for results
• Ability to track and report changes in an automated way
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools
• Fluency in English

• Expertise in all three pillars of SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• A strong sense of ownership and a high drive for results
• Reporting skills: ability to track and present changes in an automated way
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools
• Fluency in English

Salary & Benefits

• Gross salary: 21,000 - 25,000 PLN/month; we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
