You must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh, WI and travel to the office monthly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SEO, with deep technical, on-page, content, and analytics expertise, plus the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth.

We’re looking for an SEO Strategist who genuinely loves SEO. Not someone who “does SEO”, but someone who gets genuinely excited about the wins, and genuinely curious about the setbacks. This is not a checklist SEO role. It’s for someone who understands how search is changing, and knows how to turn that into measurable business impact.

You’ll own SEO strategy, execution, and performance across key accounts, working closely with Account Managers, content teams, and leadership to turn search behavior into measurable business impact. This is a hands‑on, strategic role with real influence on how SEO is executed across the agency.

This role is fully remote, with optional access to our riverfront office in Oshkosh, WI. Team members meet in person once a month for collaboration, so applicants must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh.

Compensation & Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary ($70,000–$100,000, depending on experience), plus a profit‑sharing program with monthly rewards, quarterly bonuses, and an end‑of‑year bonus tied to agency performance.
