Responsibilities

• Push Brand Strategy adoption so the WA team stops flying blind
• Close the loop between ad spend and revenue, dollar for dollar
• Mentor junior reps on outreach cadence and objection handling
• Trade weekly notes with product on what Bellingham buyers keep requesting
• Dig into Social Media Marketing funnels and fix the step where buyers vanish
• Test messaging variations and iterate based on performance data
• Support mid-level account executives with prospecting and follow-up strategy
• Prospect via cold calls, emails, and social selling to fill the temporary pipeline
